NEXUS Research Group was established in 2006 as an independent policy and research organization dedicated to strengthening governance, public policy, and institutional development in Sri Lanka. Over the years, NEXUS built a strong reputation through its research initiatives, policy dialogues, and professional training programmes that served public institutions, private sector organizations, and civil society. As the demand for structured, industry-aligned higher education continued to grow, and building on nearly two decades of experience in professional training and capacity development, NEXUS took a strategic decision to transform its training arm into a fully-fledged private higher education institution. This vision gave birth to InSITE Campus — an institution committed to delivering future-ready education, internationally aligned academic pathways, and industry-responsive learning opportunities for both professionals and post-school students, empowering the next generation of leaders and practitioners.
